Product Description

No-laminating card sheet, ( dragon sheet ) used for inkjet printers to make card fast ,easy operating,suitable for making small quantity cards,it has clearness printing image,colour reversion ,UV-protecting .The pack has printing sheet A which is printable & printing sheet B is the PVC card.In printing sheet A(Film) determine which side is printable by it's texture.Smooth is printable while the other is rough.The other method is by peeling which side has the skin.

Product usage :

1, Print the image on the printing sheet A (print in mirrow-image).2, Peal off the printing sheet B's(Board) thin films on both sides. The board has sticky texture.3. Place the printed printing sheet A (Film) facing down on the printing sheet B (Board) then slide to the laminator.4.Place the laminated board to the cutter to cut in ID size.5.Lastly, peel-off both sides of the laminated board.Note: Keep dry away from moisture

Usage Instruction

1:Put the printed sandwich layer aline with adhesive films and then put into the laminate machine.(please note adhesive side inside).2:Laminated time usually is 10-15 minute,pressure is 6-8MPa,temperature 120-140.3:Put the laminated sheet out then cutting and punch card.
Please Note:laminate temperature, pressure need to according to the actual situation, Under the premise of without damage the high the better.
