Lady Gaga just took to Instagram to make a major announcement about Haus Labs, and took the opportunity to flash her super-toned abs in a crop top.

To get strong, the singer, 37, loves doing yoga, Pilates, and Gyrotonic workouts.

Gaga makes sure to stay hydrated at all times, and always has tea, fresh coconut water, and fresh green juice on hand.

While most celebs take it easy during the summer months, lounging by the pool or taking a fancy beach vacation, Lady Gaga is putting in work. The "Just Dance" singer just made a major announcement about her beauty brand Haus Labs on Instagram, and she took the special moment to display some of her cute dance moves.

Gaga, 37, took to IG to tell her fans that Haus Labs is launching in Sephora in Great Britain on June 6. In the video, she's shakin' her hips in a black, strapless crop top and high-waisted black pants. And while all the focus was on her announcement, it was clear that she's been working hard on her sculpted abs, too.

"UK, are you ready for our supercharged artistry makeup? 🇬🇧 @hauslabs is launching exclusively at Sephora UK in-store and online on June 6, and we can't wait for you to join us!" she captioned the video.

If you're wondering about Gaga's health and wellness routines, Women's Health has got you covered. Yoga, for one, is a Gaga fave. Back in 2012, her yoga instructor, Tricia Donegan, revealed in an interview with the New York Times that the pop star started taking hot yoga classes in 2004 while still a student at New York University. Since then, she's continued her practice and often shows off her serious strength on Instagram.

Last year, she shared a picture of herself doing an impressive handstand (which takes some serious arm and core strength).

When she's not practicing her headstands, Gaga also likes doing Pilates. She's posted lots of content on her IG of herself doing reformer workouts. Example A:

And to keep her core as strong as possible, she practices Gyrotonics (which increases range of motion, and improves strength and movement efficiency). In 2019, Gaga's trainer, Lisa Marie Goodwin, shared a video of the "Bad Romance" singer warming up for her Enigma tour show using a gyrotonics machine.

The workout list doesn't end there! Gaga will get her heart pumping with some fun dance seshes, too. Whether she's prepping for the Super Bowl, grooving in a music video, or nailing a TikTok dance, grooving to music is one of her favorite ways to get active. But sometimes, daily movement just means rock climbing, playing tennis, or swimming laps in the pool. (Oh, and ICYMI, Gaga is a devoted horse rider.)

To keep herself fueled for all that exercise, the House of Gucci actress maintains a healthy diet that keeps her strong and satisfied. Her personal chef and longtime friend, Bo O'Connor, told The Feast that Gaga is big on hydration, and always has tea, fresh coconut water, and fresh green juice on hand. She likes to make "healthier" versions of Gaga's fave foods if the singer has a hankering.

"If [Gaga] was in the mood for French toast or something sweeter, we would make a healthier version of that for her," O'Connor shared, noting they refer to them as a "half-cheat meal."

But when Gaga is in the mood for a big, yummy sandwich, she goes for it, per her TikTok. A girl's gotta eat! Love it!
